Criminal Law is an important part of law as nobody doubts that the commitment of a crime should be adequatly punished. However, in a democratic state such idea can only be fulfilled when the judgement of the court itself is preceded with a fair trial. Our office provides legal services regarding the plea with the emphasis on ensuring adequate protection of rights of the accused and ensuring  facts which argue in the client’s favour or reduce his or her guilt. Beside that our office represents also the victims of crime or more precisely persons who incurred damage while recovering their claims as a consequence of commitment of crime. Within the specialised cases we also represent clients successfully in extradition proceedings as well as in proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
