Our team

is a registered Attorney-at-Law on the solicitors´ list of the Czech Bar Association with work experience in advocacy since 2008. He has worked in reputable attorney offices where he has specialized mainly in the matter of legal regulation for awarding public contracts. Therefore, he has a lot of experience in provision of complex legal advisory both for the clients on the side of the contracting authorities and for the candidates and tenderers. In his lectures, he focuses on the area of Public Procurement Law and Real Estate Law. Other areas of his legal practice include the plead in criminal cases. Since 2023 is member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), which is focused on IT governance, audit, management, control and security of IT systems.

He provided legal advisory in following significant cases:

• providing complex administration of the award procedure for central bodies of public administration in IT area with the value of transactions reaching hundreds of millions of czech crowns,
• successful representation of a tenderer in the procedure regarding lodged objections and the review procedure,
• preparation of the award procedure regarding supply of a unique scientific device from a foreign supplier for purposes of assurance of a research project,
• realisation of all tenders within the project regarding constitution of scientific research centre financed from the operational programme OPPC,
• achievement of the annulment of the conviction while representing a client in extraordinary appeal proceeding before the Supreme Court.

His domain has always been the area of damage to health, where he represented the injured party both within the court proceeding and the extrajudicial negotiation in enforcement of their rights against the wrongdoer or insurance company.  Further he focuses on the Contractual Law, Family Law and Real Estate Law. With these topics he occupies himself also in his lectures. Further he applies the acquired knowledge of law as a member of control commission of one significant Association. Since 2023 is member of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association), which is focused on IT governance, audit, management, control and security of IT systems.

 He provided legal advisory in following significant cases:

• participation on successful restructuring of a business group with international part,
• successful representation of a client in a dispute concerning international child abduction,
• representation of clients in extradition proceeding, in which avoided the clients’ extradition to the criminal proceeding,
• repeated successful representation of a client before the Constitutional Court among others in cases regarding detention,
• he helped with the transformation of a number of Associations of Citizens into Associations and in this context, he applied himself to the question of internal structure and decision-making processes.

Is graduate of the Law Faculty, Charles University. During the studies she completed an internship at the District Court of Prague 8 and a shortterm practice at the Executor office. She has practice in advocacy since 2016 and thus at the position of legal assistant where she occupied herself mainly with the matter of damages. She works in Biem & Schybal law office since 2018 during which time she dedicates herself mainly to the Civil, Family and Commercial Law and also to the area of public contracts, the practice in the attorney office is a great opportunity for her to use the gained practical knowledge also within the studies. Apart from that she is also interested in study of languages, she speaks fluently English and German, great interest she finds mainly in study of Chinese.
